My First Visit to Sinseh

Today I went for the first session and hopefully it would be my last! It is DAMN painful! No matter how painful I said I was, she just happily continued to rub. Gosh!!! But I have to admit it was very effective for after the rubs, I felt so much less pain and was able to bend my body a little. I hope this would be my first and last time visiting the sinseh really. I cannot describe how painful it is. Haha! Trust me, please do not sprain your waist!

Now I'm in a dillemma. The chinese doctor told me to stop my western medication from the specialist. So how now? To heal one, I have to slow down the healing for the other.
